Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


2. Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

  • The product must be in its original condition as received (unused, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging).

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging is missing, damaged, or if there are signs of use.


3. Procedure for Requesting a Return or Exchange

  • The customer should contact us to submit a request.

  • Within 3 business days, our representative will visit the customer to collect the product.

  • After receiving the product at our company and verifying its condition, the request will be approved.


4. Refund or Exchange Process

  • If the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method originally used.

  • If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be delivered once the returned item has been received and inspected.
