1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges
The product must be in its original condition as received (unused, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging).
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging is missing, damaged, or if there are signs of use.
3. Procedure for Requesting a Return or Exchange
The customer should contact us to submit a request.
Within 3 business days, our representative will visit the customer to collect the product.
After receiving the product at our company and verifying its condition, the request will be approved.
4. Refund or Exchange Process
If the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method originally used.
If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be delivered once the returned item has been received and inspected.
